ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Emanuella Amichai is a graduate of the Jerusalem dance academy, Nissan Nativ acting school, Stella Adler acting class, Tamar Raban performance class and the Tel-Aviv University interdisciplinary arts program, majoring in film and theatre. Winner of the American-Israel foundation prize for stage performance, and best chorographer and movement designer in the national contemporary theatre festival in the 2011 ‘Acco’ Israel, Emanuella creates video art and visual theater shows, incorporating dance, theatre video and performance. Her video-dances and theatre work participated in festivals around Europe. For the past two years Emanuella was a member of the fringe committee and head producer of the ‘Maabada’ theatre in Jerusalem, and she was head of the dance department in ‘Matan Institute’ for gifted young artists.
