non-working, a multifaceted intersection of text and painting, is a joint collaboration between novelist Lee Rourke and painter Hendrik Wittkopf, which sets out to submit wholly to the incoercible absence of relation, where text and image turn inwards, layer upon layer, echoing the thin veil of transparency that separates both art and literature.
