Landa wo is an Afro French poet from Angola and Cabinda. His work has previously appeared in Cultura, Cyphers, Grain Magazine, Nashville Review, Nebo: A Literary Journal, Mojave River Review , Ponder Review, Poetry New Zealand, Pomona Valley Review, Raleigh Review, Salt Hill Journal, Santa Ana River Review, Spillway, Scrivener Creative Review , Star 82 Review, Tule Review, The Penny Dreadful, and The Cape Rock among others publications. Selected by Roddy Doyle as the winner of the 2007 Metro Eireann writing competition, Landa wo has won a number of awards including Eist poetry competition and Feile Filiochta international poetry competition in Ireland. His work has been anthologised in Landing Places : Immigrant Poets in Ireland , Dedalus Press 2010 and Writing Home: The “New Irish” Poets, Dedalus Press 2019.
