Stay away from my pea soup.<br \/>\nLife is easy when you live alone. My little sister says.<br \/>\nShe lives in a castle, chews the sun like chewing gum.<br \/>\nDo you like my sister? You can kiss her at the bus stop.<br \/>\nMy nose is turning green. I can&#8217;t keep my eyes off her.<br \/>\nTake her home to Arlene. Marry her to a frog &#8211;<br \/>\nif a blonde prince waits. Do you know when to stop?<br \/>\nStop a second before she says stop \u2013 her bedroom window<br \/>\nripples to let rain in, each drop becomes larger in my mind.<br \/>\nBroken into pieces by spies. Do you know my sister?<br \/>\nWhat is it you want with her? Amber spring showers.<br \/>\nRevolution is a recipe we can&#8217;t win. A hole haunts my bathtub of gin.<br \/>\nWhen I was a boy I pretended to drown every time<br \/>\nmy pearly toe blue a swimming pool. I want to sigh a kite.<br \/>\nFor the past three nights I&#8217;ve been sleeping in A + E.<br \/>\nElectricity has made a mess of me. Fold away my map<br \/>\nof Emily. I do not need her. Every face that flickers<br \/>\nbriefly on my screen reminds me so sweetly of my sister.<br \/>\nThe moment her hair spilled out into yellow flowers. <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>from<\/em> the heartbreaking collapse of the pound <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>V<\/em><\/p>\n<p>today at the paddling pool by the kino<br \/>\nEzra spoke to me&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;               said red<br \/>\nwas just a shade of red&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;               said<br \/>\nthe mountains were not where I would find the mountains<\/p>\n<p>said a scrapheap of lurid images&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;               would not be enough<br \/>\nto light a lantern&#8217;s promise <\/p>\n<p>Ezra&#8217;s beard was starry and mystical&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;     but the beaches<br \/>\nwe bathed on had been bled to death <\/p>\n<p>leaches sucked the pink from the sky<br \/>\nand at night I had to sink a whole ship of cocaine<br \/>\njust to escape this loneliness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The hallway of permanent creation<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nThe purple skittle on the hipster&#8217;s head.<br \/>\nThe yellow ball of fear pulsating to the music of the spheres.<br \/>\nThe salt and vinegar crisp packet emptying and then filling. Endlessly.<br \/>\nThe Himalayan mountain stuffed with soft toys and bubblegum.<\/p>\n<p>The time that the clock says it is. The time that the clock says it isn&#8217;t.<br \/>\nJenny X moaning through the morning mist. Jenny X panting on the colour-wheel.<br \/>\nTemperamental angels, the sanctity of sound.<br \/>\nK the blue letter, K the green letter, K the red letter.<\/p>\n<p>Federica walking backwards through the aviary wearing only gloves.<br \/>\nLilia untying the stillness of the statues.
