Please join us at 1 Pied Bull Yard on Wednesday 5 September at 6\u20138 pm for a drink to celebrate the display of Alison Turnbull’s \u00a0Japanese Paintings. The paintings are being displayed in the Bury Place windows of Rodi\u00c4\u2021 Davidson \u00a0Architects throughout \u00a0the summer. Alison will be joined by Tony White, author of the critically acclaimed, Oulipo-inspired detective novel<\/span><\/span><\/span> \u00a0The Fountain in the Forest \u00a0(Faber and Faber)<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>. At 7pm Tony will read an extract from the short story he contributed to Alison Turnbull’s artist’s book \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Spring Snow \u2013 A Translation \u00a0(Book Works)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>. The London Review Bookshop next-door will be open on the evening and copies of both books will be available.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
