Adam Baron is credited with introducing urban noir to the UK with his four crime novels, Shut Eye, Hold Back the Night, Superjack and It Was You (Macmillan). His next novel, Blackheath, is out in January 2016 and is a dark look beneath the surface of family life. He is MA Course Director in Creative Writing at Kingston University, London.
