In the back of the cupboard, he finds a crack in the wall, and begins to pick at it. He climbs up into the cupboard, and shuts the door behind him. And he picks and picks and picks at the crack until it opens very wide, and he realizes there is the scent of warm air and that it must be spring, and time to start jogging to lose his winter weight.
