Tom McCarthy is everywhere at the moment. Remainder is published by Vintage in the US today and has already garnernered plaudits from all quarters (as they say) — including three bunny heads in Playboy! Tom’s International Necronautical Society convenes in Paris on Thursday 15 February (Palais de Tokyo, 7.30pm). Back in Blighty, his second novel, Men in Space, will soon be released on Alma Books.
